Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Instaply (the "Service"), operated by:

Ravendise — a proprietorship registered in India.

In these Terms, "we", "us", "Ravendise" refer to the entity above. "You" refers to the individual or entity using the Service.

2. The Service

Instaply is an agentic software platform that automates the job-application process on behalf of its users. The Service:

  • Discovers job postings from public Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Workday, Ashby, iCIMS, and others);
  • Fills application forms using information you provide (resume, profile, preferences);
  • Submits those applications to employers on your behalf;
  • Verifies submission via confirmation-email matching;
  • Maintains a record of your applications in your account.

The Service is available through three surfaces: (a) the web application at instaply.asion.ai; (b) the Claude Desktop MCP integration; (c) the ChatGPT Connector integration.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@asion.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Free Tier and Paid Plans

5.1 Free Tier

Each verified natural person receives 3 free application credits upon first signup. No credit card required. One credit is consumed per confirmed application submission (verified via confirmation email). Failed, skipped, or unverified submissions do not consume credits.

The free tier is limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits — including use of disposable email addresses, email aliases, or multiple identities — is prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of credits. We use device, network, and identity signals to detect duplicate accounts.

5.2 Paid Credits (Pay-as-you-go)

Applications beyond the free tier are billed on a pay-per-application basis at USD 1.00 per credit (each credit = one submitted application). Credits are purchased in prepaid packs with a minimum top-up of USD 10. Credits do not expire while your account is active. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"), our payment processor. Ravendise is the seller of record for paid credits; Razorpay handles card processing, payment authorization, and settlement. Applicable taxes are collected and remitted by Ravendise per the customer's jurisdiction.

5.3 Subscription plans (future)

We may introduce subscription plans (e.g., unlimited monthly, premium-model tiers) in the future. Any such plan, its pricing, and renewal terms will be disclosed at checkout at the time of purchase.

5.4 Cancellation

You may stop using the Service at any time; no further charges accrue without an explicit new purchase. If a subscription plan is active, you may cancel it at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • All information you provide (resume, profile, work authorization, demographics) is accurate and up-to-date;
  • You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • You will not submit applications for roles for which you are clearly unqualified or ineligible (e.g., roles requiring a security clearance you do not hold);
  • You will not reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service;
  • You will comply with the Terms of Service of any third-party platform the Service interacts with on your behalf (including the ATS platforms and employers' own policies);
  • You will not use the Service to impersonate another person.

8. Employer and Third-Party Interactions

The Service submits applications to employers who operate their own hiring processes. We are not a party to any employment relationship between you and any employer. We make no guarantee that any application will result in a response, interview, or offer.

Some employers' ATS platforms may prohibit automated submissions in their own terms. You are responsible for understanding those terms. We provide the tool; you direct its use.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, models, prompts, and content, is the property of Ravendise or its licensors (including NVIDIA NIM, Anthropic, Meta, and others for underlying model access). You retain ownership of your resume, profile data, and application content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for operating the Service on your behalf.

10. Data and Privacy

See our Privacy Policy at asion.ai/legal/privacy, which is incorporated by reference. We process personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee: (a) job offers or interviews; (b) uninterrupted availability; (c) compatibility with all ATS platforms at all times; (d) the accuracy of AI-generated cover letters, ranking scores, or recommendations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 10,000 (approximately USD 120).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment opportunities, lost profits, or reputational harm.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ravendise harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in abuse, or if we discontinue the Service. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

18. No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes

Instaply is an application-delivery service, not a hiring or placement service. We automate the mechanical act of submitting applications on your behalf. We do not, and cannot, guarantee:

  • that any application will be read, reviewed, or acknowledged by an employer;
  • that you will receive any interview, assessment, callback, or communication of any kind from any employer;
  • that you will receive any job offer, employment, internship, or compensation;
  • that any AI-generated content (cover letters, answers to screening questions, fit scores) will be factually perfect, persuasive, or optimal;
  • that any employer will accept AI-assisted applications under its own policies;
  • that submissions will be delivered within any specific timeframe.

Our sole obligation, in exchange for a consumed credit, is the technical delivery of a completed application to the employer's Applicant Tracking System, verified by a confirmation email where one is issued by the employer. Any outcome beyond that — including but not limited to interviews, offers, employment, visa sponsorship decisions, salary negotiations, or career advancement — is entirely outside our control and is not part of the Service.

You acknowledge that hiring decisions depend on many factors (your qualifications, the employer's needs, market conditions, interview performance, immigration status, and chance) that we neither influence nor represent to influence. Dissatisfaction with hiring outcomes is not a basis for a refund or claim against Ravendise.
