Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service at instaply.asion.ai/legal/terms and governs refunds for the Instaply service operated by Ravendise, a proprietorship registered in India.
1. Free Tier — No charge, no refund
Every new verified account receives 3 free application credits on signup. The Free Tier requires no payment and is not eligible for a refund (there is nothing to refund).
2. Paid Credits — Our refund promise
We want you to be satisfied. Our refund rules are simple and consumer-friendly:
2.1 Automatic credit return on failed applications
If an application does not reach a confirmed state — because the form could not be completed, the submission was rejected by the ATS, or we could not verify a confirmation email within 30 minutes — no credit is consumed. This is enforced at the database level; no action is required from you.
2.2 14-day first-purchase refund
If you are dissatisfied with your first paid credit pack purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- You have consumed 5 or fewer paid credits during that period
- You contact us at hello@asion.ai within the 14-day window
- You briefly explain why the Service did not meet your expectations (helps us improve)
Refunds under this clause are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Refunds are processed by our payment processor, Razorpay Software Private Limited.
2.3 Unused credits on subsequent purchases
After your first pack, remaining unused credits from a later purchase may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of that purchase at our discretion, less any promotional bonus credits already consumed. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
2.4 Service outage refunds
If the Service is materially unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault (not a third-party outage), we will credit your account pro rata for the downtime upon request.
2.5 No refund for hiring outcome
We provide application delivery, not hiring outcomes. Dissatisfaction with the number of interview callbacks, offers, or hiring decisions received is not a basis for a refund, consistent with Section 18 ("No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes") of our Terms of Service.
3. Credits — how they work
- The minimum purchase is USD 10 (10 credits in the Starter pack). Larger packs include bonus credits.
- Credits are consumed only on confirmed application submissions (verified via confirmation email).
- Credits from failed, skipped, or unverified submissions are not consumed.
- Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts and not redeemable for cash except under Section 2.2 or 2.3.
- Promotional / bonus credits (e.g. the 3 free signup credits, or bonus credits in the Plus/Pro packs) are not refundable for cash in any circumstance.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us at hello@asion.ai before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve any dispute. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension and a block on future purchases.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@asion.ai with the subject line: "Refund request — [your email]" and include:
- The email address on your account
- The date and invoice number of the purchase
- A brief reason for the refund request
We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days thereafter.
6. Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India, consistent with our Terms of Service.
